White-Label Food Delivery App with Restaurant, Rider and Admin Apps
Launch your own multi-restaurant delivery marketplace with customer, rider, restaurant and admin apps.
Krusam Food Delivery is a white-label, multi-restaurant food delivery platform for founders, regional aggregators, cloud kitchen networks and restaurant groups who want their own ordering business instead of paying commission on every order to a third-party app. One purchase covers four connected applications on a single Node.js and MySQL backend: a Flutter customer app, a Flutter delivery partner app, a 22-page restaurant portal and a 40-page admin console. It handles ordering, auto-dispatch, OTP handover, refunds and weekly settlements, and money is stored in whole paise on a balanced ledger. It is delivered with source code for the agreed scope, and Krusam charges no per-order platform fee.

Ways to Buy
Four ways to take Krusam Food Delivery to market.
- With source code: delivered with the complete source code for the agreed scope, including frontend, backend, admin dashboard, database schema and any applicable mobile application code. Access, licensing and ownership terms are set out in the purchase or licence agreement so your own team can maintain and extend it.
- Self-hosted: runs on hosting you control, such as your own VPS, cloud account or existing infrastructure. Deployment, database setup and migration assistance are included, and there is no mandatory monthly platform fee on the software. Payment gateways, SMS providers and hosting are billed by those providers directly.
- White-label: use your name, logo, colour scheme, domain and applicable templates, with app-store assets where a mobile application is in scope. A standard branded deployment is estimated at approximately 2 weeks after scope and required assets are confirmed, subject to client approvals, data readiness, third-party dependencies and the written schedule.
- Agencies and resellers: agencies, studios and IT partners can take the product to their own clients under their own brand. Reselling terms, the number of deployments permitted and any ongoing support arrangement are defined in the agreement before the engagement starts.
Reports and Analytics
- Marketplace dashboard: orders, GMV, platform revenue, restaurants, riders and customers
- Ten report views: orders, revenue, restaurants, customers, delivery, cancellations, payments, commission, geography and promotions
- Finance reports: reconciliation, settlement register, payout register, refund ledger, journal and exceptions
- Restaurant analytics: gross against net, bestsellers and why orders fail

Market Notes
Krusam Food Delivery is client-hosted, so each deployment can be scoped around your currency, timezone, payment providers, data-hosting preference and local integration requirements. These notes describe planning considerations, not a local office or completed client claim.
- India and Hyderabad: built for Indian cities first, with INR in whole paise, IST, UPI, cards, netbanking and cash on delivery through Razorpay, RazorpayX payouts, phone sign-in with MSG91 SMS, and English, Telugu, Hindi and Urdu. Restaurant onboarding collects the FSSAI licence, PAN and a cancelled cheque. GST on restaurant services and delivery supplied through an e-commerce operator, FSSAI e-commerce rules and DPDP Act consent should be confirmed with your tax and legal advisers before launch.
- UAE and Gulf: for Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh and Doha, the apps run in your own brand with local currency and zones configured at setup. Razorpay is India-focused, so Gulf card gateways such as Network International, PayTabs or Checkout need a custom integration, and Arabic interface text is scoped separately. Confirm municipal food-safety and delivery-rider rules locally.
- UK and Europe: delivery zones, fees and commission rules adapt to UK and European cities, and customer data stays on hosting you choose. Stripe or another local gateway replaces Razorpay as a custom integration, and allergen information, VAT and GDPR consent should be reviewed with your adviser before launch.
- USA and Canada: for independent delivery marketplaces in North American cities, Stripe checkout and payouts, tipping and imperial distances are configured or integrated as scoped. Sales tax on delivery fees, local delivery-worker rules and state privacy laws such as the CCPA stay with the operator and their adviser.
- Southeast Asia: for Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines, the cash-on-delivery wallet and status-based tracking suit motorbike delivery fleets. Local wallets such as GrabPay, GoPay, GCash or FPX need a custom integration; confirm halal labelling and local food-safety rules before launch.
- Africa: for Lagos, Nairobi and Accra, cash on delivery with rider cash reconciliation and OTP handover support markets where card use is still growing. Mobile money and gateways such as M-Pesa, Paystack or Flutterwave need a custom integration.
- Other currency markets: India (INR), United States (USD), United Kingdom (GBP), Australia (AUD), United Arab Emirates (AED), Saudi Arabia (SAR), Canada (CAD), Singapore (SGD), Germany (EUR), Ireland (EUR), Malaysia (MYR) and Indonesia (IDR). Delivery is coordinated remotely from Hyderabad, and currency, language, hosting and payment requirements are reviewed against the included scope. Hosting alone does not establish regulatory compliance, and Arabic interfaces and new integrations are separately scoped.
Ready-Made Compared to Alternatives
Ready-made software compared with custom development from scratch or recurring monthly SaaS subscriptions.
- Ready-made Krusam Food Delivery: 2-week setup estimate with the final schedule confirmed after scope review; one-time quotation per agreed scope; full source-code handover included; self-hosted on your VPS (for example Hostinger, AWS or DigitalOcean); no recurring platform fees
- Custom build from scratch: onboarding varies by vendor and scope; agency quotes vary, so compare the written quotation; code handed over at project sign-off; cloud infrastructure setup; risks include scope changes, milestone delays and untested edge cases
- Third-party rental SaaS: onboarding varies by vendor and scope; compare actual subscription and usage charges; check the vendor's source and export terms; check available hosting and residency options; compare supported extensions and APIs
Languages
- English, Telugu, Hindi and Urdu ready in platform settings
- Other languages on request
- Arabic with right-to-left layout scoped separately
Frequently Asked Questions
Realistic, truthful answers addressing licensing, hosting rights, and customization boundaries.
What is Krusam Food Delivery?
Krusam Food Delivery is a white-label, multi-restaurant food delivery platform. It includes a customer app and a delivery partner app for Android and iOS, a restaurant portal and an admin console on one backend, sold with the source code and run on hosting you control under your own brand.
Which apps are included in Krusam Food Delivery?
Four connected apps: the Flutter customer app, the Flutter delivery partner app, the restaurant portal with 22 pages for owners, managers and kitchen staff, and the admin console with 40 pages for operations, finance, growth, support and administration. The Express API, background worker and MySQL database are included too.
Can I see the product before buying?
Yes. Enquire on WhatsApp and the Krusam team will arrange a guided walkthrough.
Is Krusam Food Delivery a Swiggy or Zomato clone?
It covers the same marketplace pattern, with location-first discovery, a restaurant portal, rider dispatch and settlements, but it is an original product with its own design and code. You run it under your own brand and set your own commission, delivery fee and platform fee.
Does the customer see the rider's live location?
No. Tracking is status-based across eight stages, from placed to delivered, with a static map of the restaurant and the delivery point. The rider's live position is never shared with customers, and a 4-digit code at the door confirms the handover.
Which payment methods and providers are supported?
Customers pay by Google Pay, PhonePe, any UPI ID, cards, netbanking or cash on delivery through Razorpay on the provider's hosted page, and partner payouts go through RazorpayX to bank or UPI. Other gateways such as Stripe are custom integrations quoted separately.
How are refunds, settlements and payouts controlled?
Money is stored in whole paise on a balanced ledger. Refunds below ₹200 approve automatically, refunds above ₹1,000 need two different approvers, restaurants are settled weekly after finance approval, and rider payouts deduct cash collected on delivery.
How much does Krusam Food Delivery cost, and is there a per-order fee?
Price depends on branding, app-store submissions, integrations and data loading in scope, so a one-time written quotation follows a guided walkthrough. Krusam charges no per-order or monthly platform fee; hosting, SMS, payment gateway and app-store fees are paid to those providers.
How long does it take to launch Krusam Food Delivery?
A standard branded deployment is estimated at approximately two weeks after the scope, brand assets, hosting access and provider accounts are confirmed. Google Play and App Store reviews run on each store's own timeline, so plan the public launch after approval.
Is the source code included, and what does the license allow?
Yes. The API, worker, database migrations, admin console, restaurant portal, both Flutter apps and the Docker setup are handed over. The commercial license covers use, modification and deployment for your own marketplace; running it for other businesses needs a reseller arrangement.
Which languages does Krusam Food Delivery support?
English, Telugu, Hindi and Urdu are ready in the platform settings. Further languages, including Arabic with right-to-left layout, are scoped separately.
What does Krusam Food Delivery not include?
Restaurants, riders, food-safety licences, payment gateway and SMS accounts, hosting, and Google Play and App Store developer accounts are not included. GST registration, FSSAI e-commerce obligations and privacy-law compliance stay with the operator and their advisers.
Is migration support included?
Yes. Basic setup, deployment and database migration assistance is included for moving the application to a supported hosting environment.
How much technical support is included?
Three months of technical support is included from the confirmed project delivery date.
Can the application use my branding?
Yes. Branding covers business name, logo and app icons, brand colour palette and typography, your own domain and SSL certificate, login, email and notification templates, invoice, receipt and report branding, app-store listing assets under your developer account, content, labels and terminology for your market, and currency, timezone, tax and language settings. Because you also receive the source code, any branding element not covered during setup can be changed by your own team afterwards.
Are hosting and third-party charges included?
No. Hosting, domain registration, SMS, email, maps, payment gateways and other paid third-party services are separate.
Can I request new features?
Yes. New features and major customizations can be developed under a separate quotation based on the required scope.
Is a mobile application included?
Yes. Krusam Food Delivery includes Android and iOS mobile application source code in its package. The applications listed for the product show the exact scope.
