AI-Powered Multi-Tenant HRMS & Payroll SaaS With Source Code

Run your own HR and payroll subscription business with a separate database per customer company.

Krusam HRMS SaaS is a ready-made, AI-powered multi-tenant HR and payroll platform that you can run as your own subscription business. Each customer company signs up, picks a plan, pays by card, UPI or net banking, receives a GST tax invoice and gets a workspace on its own address with its own database. Inside every workspace, 31 modules across seven suites (People, Workforce, Payroll, Talent, Workplace, Insight and Platform) read and write one employee record. Payroll calculates PF, ESI, professional tax, labour welfare fund and TDS in every run and produces the EPFO ECR file, Form 24Q and Form 16 from the locked payroll. An AI assistant with six specialist agents answers from the workspace's own data under the asker's role.

Ready-Made Compared to Alternatives

Evaluating ready-made software against custom development from scratch or recurring monthly SaaS subscriptions.

  • Ready-made Krusam HRMS SaaS: 2-week setup estimate with final schedule confirmed after scope review; one-time quotation per agreed scope; full source-code handover; self-hosted on your VPS (Hostinger, AWS, DigitalOcean); no recurring platform fees.
  • Custom build from scratch: onboarding varies by vendor and scope; agency quotes vary, so compare the written quotation; code handed over at project sign-off; cloud infrastructure setup; risks include scope changes, milestone delays and untested edge cases.
  • Third-party rental SaaS: onboarding varies by vendor and scope; compare actual subscription and usage charges; check the vendor's source and export terms; check available hosting and residency options; compare supported extensions and APIs.
  • Business owner benefits: own a recurring-revenue HR software business instead of reselling someone else's per-employee subscription; keep every customer's data on servers you control with a separate database per company; price and package plans your way with employee allowances, storage and module bundles; start from a running product instead of a multi-month multi-tenant build.

Frequently Asked Questions

Realistic, truthful answers addressing licensing, hosting rights, and customization boundaries.

What is Krusam HRMS SaaS?

Krusam HRMS SaaS is a ready-made, AI-powered multi-tenant HR and payroll platform. You run it as your own subscription service: companies sign up, pick a plan and get their own workspace with a separate database, 31 HR modules, India-ready payroll and an AI assistant with six specialist agents.

How is Krusam HRMS SaaS different from the standalone HRMS?

The standalone edition is one application that a single organisation installs on its own server for its own staff. Krusam HRMS SaaS is multi-tenant: one platform serves many companies, each with its own workspace and database, plus signup, subscription plans, payments and GST invoicing. Choose the standalone edition to run HR for one organisation; choose Krusam HRMS SaaS to sell HR software to many.

How is each customer's data kept separate?

Every company's workspace stores its data in its own database, never mixed with another customer's rows. Each workspace is backed up on a schedule, encrypted and restorable, and support staff can only sign in read-only, for a limited time and with the access logged.

Does it handle Indian payroll?

Yes. PF, ESI, professional tax, labour welfare fund and monthly TDS under the old or new regime are calculated in every run. The locked payroll produces the EPFO ECR file, the ESI report, Form 24Q and Form 16. Have your payroll adviser review rates and slabs before the first live run.

What does the AI assistant do?

It answers plain-language questions from the company's own policies and HR records with the source linked, prepares actions like leave requests or approvals that a person confirms, and runs automatic checks for missed check-outs, thin team cover, payroll errors, overdue tickets and stalled hiring. It only uses data the person asking may already see.

Is the AI optional?

Yes. AI features can be turned off per role, and pay and people decisions always need a person's approval. The automatic checks keep running even when the assistant is switched off.

How do my customers pay?

Plans are priced in rupees and paid by card, UPI or net banking, with a GST tax invoice for every payment. Customers can upgrade any time; downgrades apply at renewal. You set the plans, employee allowances, storage and included modules.

Can I sell it under my own brand?

Yes. The platform name, logo, colours and root domain are yours, each customer workspace runs on its own subdomain, and white-label plans can map a customer's own domain.

Is the full source code included?

Yes. Krusam provides the applicable web application, multi-tenant API, tenant provisioning, database migrations, platform console and setup documentation for the modules in the agreed purchase scope, under a commercial software grant.

Can I host it on my own server?

Yes. Krusam HRMS SaaS deploys on a VPS you control, such as Hostinger, AWS EC2 or DigitalOcean. Setup is approximately two weeks after branding assets, domain and server access are confirmed.

Is migration support included?

Yes. Basic setup, deployment and database migration assistance is included for moving the application to a supported hosting environment.

How much technical support is included?

Three months of technical support is included from the confirmed project delivery date.

How long does it take to launch Krusam HRMS SaaS?

A standard branded deployment is estimated at approximately 2 weeks after the scope, brand assets, hosting access and required service credentials are confirmed. The estimate covers agreed branding, environment setup, supported integration configuration, supplied-data migration, testing and handover. Actual timing depends on product scope, data readiness, client approvals and third-party dependencies. Custom modules and new integrations are quoted separately; the written project schedule governs delivery.

Are hosting and third-party charges included?

No. Hosting, domain registration, SMS, email, maps, payment gateways and other paid third-party services are separate.

Can I request new features?

Yes. New features and major customizations can be developed under a separate quotation based on the required scope.

Is pricing published?

No. Every purchase is quoted on scope: product, branding, deployment target, integrations and customisation. Enquire on WhatsApp with your requirement and Krusam returns a written quotation after a walkthrough.

Is a mobile application included?

Krusam HRMS SaaS ships as a web and progressive web application. Native mobile builds are an optional add-on quoted separately, so mobile source code is delivered only when the agreed package includes it.

Can I see the product before buying?

Yes. Enquire on WhatsApp and the Krusam team will arrange a guided walkthrough.
