360° Virtual Tour Software for Properties and Cars
Build branded 360° tours for properties and cars with floor-plan pins and exterior photo spins.
Krusam 360 is a ready-made, white-label, browser-based 360° virtual tour builder for real estate agencies, property developers, car dealerships, hospitality operators and photography studios. Users upload stitched 2:1 panoramas (JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 20 MB each, 8K recommended), organise them into indoor and outdoor scenes and connect rooms with navigation points, with a return link in the destination scene. A floor plan can be uploaded and each room pinned on it. For vehicles, cabin panoramas are grouped with an exterior photo spin built from 8 to 144 ordered photos. The WebGL viewer supports drag, swipe, zoom, keyboard arrows, fullscreen and a saved starting view per scene. It ships with source code for the agreed scope and can be branded and deployed on client-controlled infrastructure.

Ways to Buy
- With source code: the complete source code in the agreed scope is delivered, covering frontend, backend, admin dashboard, database schema and any applicable mobile application code. Access, licensing and ownership terms are set out in the purchase or licence agreement so your own team can maintain and extend the application.
- Self-hosted: runs on hosting you control, such as your own VPS, cloud account or existing infrastructure. Deployment, database setup and migration assistance are included, and there is no mandatory monthly platform fee on the software itself. Payment gateways, SMS providers and hosting are billed by those providers directly.
- White-label: use your name, logo, colour scheme, domain and applicable templates; app-store assets apply where a mobile application is in scope. A standard branded deployment is estimated at approximately 2 weeks after scope and required assets are confirmed, subject to client approvals, data readiness, third-party dependencies and the written schedule.
- Agencies and resellers: agencies, studios and IT partners can take Krusam 360 to their own clients under their own brand. Reselling terms, the number of deployments permitted and any ongoing support arrangement are defined in the agreement before the engagement starts.

Market Notes
Delivery is coordinated remotely from Hyderabad. Krusam 360 is client-hosted, so each deployment can be scoped around the buyer's currency, timezone, payment providers, data-hosting preference and local integration requirements. These notes describe planning considerations, not a local office or completed client claim.
- India and Hyderabad: for Indian agencies, builders and dealerships, review INR quotations, local hosting preferences and any listing-portal, CRM or WhatsApp hand-off needed for the agreed scope. Only the integrations listed in the agreed scope are included.
- UAE and Gulf: for UAE and Gulf brokers and showrooms, confirm AED billing, Arabic interface needs, hosting country and any portal or CRM integration. New integrations are scoped separately when not already included. AED/SAR billing, supported gateways and the exact hosting country are confirmed per deployment.
- USA, UK and global: align hosting region, storage limits, accessibility requirements and embed or sharing needs with the product configuration before implementation. Review USD/CAD and GBP/EUR billing, payment providers, export needs and the required hosting country; hosting alone does not establish regulatory compliance.
- Australia and Singapore: confirm AUD/SGD billing, gateway availability and your required hosting country. Payment and deployment options are reviewed for the actual application.
- Other locations: discuss payment, tax, timezone and hosting requirements for your deployment.
Ready-Made Compared to Alternatives
- Ready-made Krusam 360: 2-week setup estimate with the final schedule confirmed after scope review; one-time quotation per agreed scope; full source-code handover included; self-hosted on your own VPS (Hostinger, AWS, DigitalOcean); zero recurring platform fees.
- Custom build from scratch: onboarding varies by vendor and scope; agency quotes vary, so compare the written quotation you receive; code is handed over at project sign-off; cloud infrastructure must be set up; risks include scope changes, milestone delays and untested edge cases.
- Third-party rental SaaS: onboarding varies by vendor and scope; compare actual subscription and usage charges; check the vendor's source and export terms; check available hosting and residency options; compare supported extensions and APIs.
Frequently Asked Questions
Realistic, truthful answers addressing licensing, hosting rights, and customization boundaries.
What is Krusam 360?
Krusam 360 is a browser-based 360° virtual tour builder. It turns stitched panoramas into linked property and car tours with navigation points, floor-plan pins, exterior photo spins and an interactive WebGL viewer, and can be branded and deployed on the buyer's own domain.
What image formats and sizes does it accept?
Panoramas must be 2:1 equirectangular JPG, PNG or WebP images up to 20 MB each; stitched 8K (8192 x 4096) or higher is recommended for sharp detail. Ordinary photos cannot rotate in 360°. Floor plans are JPG, PNG or WebP up to 20 MB.
How do visitors move between rooms?
The creator faces a doorway, adds a navigation point at the centre of the view and links the next scene, then adds a return point from that scene. Visitors click the arrow inside the panorama, choose a scene from the list or click a room pin on the floor plan.
Can it show a floor plan?
Yes. One floor-plan image per tour can be uploaded and each room pinned on it by clicking its position. Indoor and outdoor scenes can appear on the same plan; a multi-storey property uses a combined image with labelled floors.
Does it support car and vehicle tours?
Yes. A car tour groups interior cabin panoramas with an exterior rotation built from 8 to 144 evenly spaced photos of identical dimensions. Krusam recommends 36 frames at 2560 x 1440 or 72 frames at 1920 x 1080 for smooth rotation.
What controls does the 360° viewer offer?
Visitors drag with a mouse or swipe on touch screens, zoom with scroll or the plus and minus buttons, look around with keyboard arrows and open fullscreen. The viewer needs WebGL with hardware acceleration enabled.
Where are tours stored?
In the base build, tours are saved in the visitor's browser and original images stay on the device; tours can be archived, restored and exported. User accounts, server-side storage and cloud hosting of tours are scoped separately for a branded deployment.
Can visitors share or embed a tour?
Public share links, website embeds and lead-capture forms are listed as custom scope rather than included features. They can be quoted once the buyer's website, hosting and storage requirements are documented.
Is a mobile app included?
Krusam 360 is a responsive browser application that works on phones, tablets and desktops. Native Android and iOS applications are not listed as included; a native requirement can be reviewed as separate scope.
Can it be white-labeled and self-hosted?
Yes. Krusam can apply the buyer's name, logo, colours, domain and interface labels, then assist with deployment on client-controlled hosting. Source-code access and permitted use are defined in the written commercial agreement.
Can Indian or Hyderabad agencies and dealerships use it?
Yes. It can be scoped for Indian real estate and automotive businesses with INR quotations, local hosting preferences and any listing-portal, CRM or WhatsApp hand-off the business needs. It is delivered remotely from Hyderabad; the written scope confirms the configuration.
Can it be configured for UAE or global operations?
Yes. UAE, Gulf and global deployments can review hosting region, Arabic or other language needs, storage limits and portal or CRM integrations. Language work and new integrations are separate scope items unless expressly included.
Can I see the product before buying?
Yes. Enquire on WhatsApp and the Krusam team will arrange a guided walkthrough.
Is the source code included and how long does setup take?
Applicable source code and setup documentation are included in the agreed product scope. Standard branded setup is estimated at approximately two weeks after scope, assets, hosting access and required credentials are confirmed; three months of technical support starts at delivery.
Is migration support included?
Yes. Basic setup, deployment and database migration assistance is included for moving the application to a supported hosting environment.
How much technical support is included?
Three months of technical support is included from the confirmed project delivery date.
Are hosting and third-party charges included?
No. Hosting, domain registration, SMS, email, maps, payment gateways and other paid third-party services are separate.
Can I request new features?
Yes. New features and major customizations can be developed under a separate quotation based on the required scope.
Is pricing published?
No. Every purchase is quoted on scope: product, branding, deployment target, integrations and customisation. Share your requirement on WhatsApp and the Krusam team returns a written quotation after a walkthrough.
